Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of inspigovacations.com and enquiries with Inspigo Vacations (“Inspigo”, “we”, “us”).
What we do
Inspigo provides bespoke international travel planning. Planning fees cover research, conversations, itinerary design, and the refinement level of the plan you choose. Hotels, flights, transport, experiences, visas, insurance, and other travel costs are arranged separately and are not included in the planning fee unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Website and enquiries
- Submitting the enquiry form is a request to start a conversation, not a booking or purchase.
- You agree to provide accurate contact details so we can respond.
- We may decline or pause an enquiry if it sits outside the kind of work we take on.
Planning fees
Published planning fees and pricing structures are described on the website. The applicable fee and scope for your journey will be confirmed before paid planning work begins. We do not add markups to supplier prices. Inspigo does not earn a commission from your bookings. Where we receive supplier discounts, those savings are passed on to you.
Ready Itinerary and Bespoke Plan use the fixed planning fees shown on the website. The published Bespoke Plan fee covers up to 8 days and up to 4 people; if days or travellers go beyond that, the fee is confirmed in writing before work continues.
Premium Bespoke+
Premium Bespoke+ is end-to-end planning and booking assistance. Inspigo designs the itinerary and assists with placing and holding bookings with suppliers. Inspigo is not the airline, hotel, or experience provider. Those services are supplied on each supplier’s own terms.
The Premium fee is 10% of the total booking cost for the arrangements we place - more nights or travellers raise the booking total, and the 10% rises with it. Unless a written quote says otherwise, that is Inspigo’s fee for the Premium work described here, not a supplier charge.
Included in the 10% base: stays, flights, transfers, and experiences that Inspigo places for you.
Excluded from the 10% base: arrangements you book yourself, insurance you buy directly, and personal spending on the trip.
Payment: ₹12,000 is payable upfront once you choose to proceed with Premium planning, before planning work begins. That ₹12,000 is not an additional charge - it is adjusted against the final 10% fee. The remainder (10% minus ₹12,000) is due on the day Premium is delivered. The delivery-day amount is calculated on the booking total confirmed at delivery.
Premium is considered delivered when the agreed itinerary and Premium planning materials for the agreed scope are provided to you. Supplier availability, prices and terms can change independently and are not guaranteed unless and until confirmed by the relevant supplier.
After that payment, no further balance is due for the agreed Premium Bespoke+ scope, unless you request additional work or changes that are separately agreed in writing.
How supplier payments work: when a supplier requires upfront payment, you pay the supplier directly with your own payment method. When a supplier offers a hold or no-payment booking, Inspigo may hold the booking for you; payment is typically taken nearer a date on the supplier’s schedule, often secured with your card details. We do not advance supplier payments from our own funds. Inspigo does not receive, hold, or process customer funds intended for payment to suppliers unless expressly agreed in writing. If the required confirmation, payment, or card details are not received before the free-cancellation or specified deadline, we cancel the hold - the booking is not guaranteed thereafter (availability and original terms may no longer apply). Once a confirmed booking has been handed over to you, any changes or cancellations remain subject to the relevant supplier’s terms. Where reasonably possible, Inspigo may assist with coordination, but is not responsible for decisions, charges, delays or outcomes determined by the supplier. Bespoke Plan is planning only; Inspigo does not pay suppliers on your behalf on that level. Supplier charges remain separate from Inspigo’s 10% fee.
Refunds, postponement and supplier cancellations
Ready Itinerary and Bespoke Plan: the planning fee is refundable only before planning work begins. Once the first discovery conversation or research has started, the fee is not refunded - it pays for planning work already underway.
Premium Bespoke+: the ₹12,000 paid once you choose to proceed becomes non-refundable once Premium planning work has begun. The delivery-day payment (10% minus ₹12,000) is due when Premium is delivered, as defined above. If Premium is not delivered, that second payment is not charged - or is returned if already taken in error. After Premium has been delivered, the 10% fee is not refunded, except where additional work is later agreed in writing.
If the trip is postponed or cancelled before travel: once planning has started, the planning fee is not refunded as unused work. Where reasonably possible, we may apply the value of planning work already completed toward a postponed journey, subject to the scope, destination, timing, and amount of additional work required. Any such arrangement will be confirmed in writing. Where a postponed journey requires substantial updating because suppliers, availability, prices, or destination conditions have changed, additional planning work may be required. Any applicable fee will be discussed with you before that work begins.
Supplier bookings: hotel, flight, transfer, and experience payments follow each supplier’s own cancellation and refund rules. Those rules are separate from Inspigo’s planning-fee policy.
Your responsibilities
- Check passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for every traveller.
- Arrange suitable travel insurance.
- Confirm that dates, names, and preferences you share with us are accurate.
- Review itineraries and booking details carefully before confirming.
- Reply before any deadline we flag in writing, especially where a hold or fare will be released if we do not hear from you.
If information you give us is late or incomplete, the plan or a hold may not be ready in time. We are not obliged to keep a rate or room that has expired because we were waiting on details.
Changes after sign-off
On Bespoke and Premium, sign-off is when you approve the itinerary we have refined with you. After that, further changes are a new piece of work. Small corrections we can usually absorb. Larger rework - a new destination, extra days, a different travel party, or dates that undo research already done - is confirmed with you in writing first, including any extra planning fee if it applies.
Ready Itinerary is a fixed digital plan. It is not revised after purchase except where we agree a correction of our own error.
Booking confirmations
A booking is confirmed when the supplier has accepted it on their terms and you have the confirmation they issue. A hold is not a confirmation. Website samples, quotes, and itinerary drafts are not bookings.
If we ask for confirmation, payment, or card details before a supplier deadline and we do not receive them in time, we cancel the hold. That booking is then not guaranteed - availability and the original terms may no longer apply.
Once a confirmed booking has been handed over to you, any changes or cancellations remain subject to the relevant supplier’s terms. Where reasonably possible, Inspigo may assist with coordination, but is not responsible for decisions, charges, delays or outcomes determined by the supplier.
Currency
Planning fees are shown and charged in Indian rupees (INR) unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Hotel, flight, and other supplier prices may be set in another currency. The amount you pay a supplier follows that supplier’s currency and rate at the time they charge you. We do not absorb foreign-exchange movement between a quote and a supplier charge.
When we quote a Premium booking total in INR, it is based on the conversion we use at quote or at the delivery-day calculation. That INR figure can change if the supplier’s currency or the rate moves before the booking is paid. The 10% fee is calculated on the booking total confirmed at delivery.
Use of itineraries
The itinerary we prepare for you is for your personal travel. You may use it to plan and take that trip, and to share it with the people travelling with you. You may not sell it, publish it as your own product, or use it to offer planning services to others. Sample itineraries and website stories remain Inspigo’s materials.
Inspigo keeps the right to reuse research methods, destination knowledge, and anonymous examples. We will not publish your personal details or a recognisable version of your trip without your agreement.
Suppliers and third parties
Airlines, hotels, transfer companies, and experience providers are independent businesses. Their own terms apply to those services. Inspigo is not responsible for delays, cancellations, quality issues, or policy changes made by third-party suppliers, though we will help where we reasonably can.
Events beyond anyone’s control
Things nobody can reasonably control - storms, natural disasters, serious disease outbreaks, war or civil unrest, strikes, sudden government restrictions, or a supplier shutting down - can delay, change, or cancel parts of a trip. Inspigo is not responsible for those events. The planning fee for work already done is not refunded because of them. Supplier payments follow each supplier’s own rules. We will help you look at options where we reasonably can.
Website content
Stories, sample itineraries, images, and fee examples are for inspiration and information. They are not a booking, a quote that must be honoured, or a guarantee of availability, price, or an identical experience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspigo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from travel arrangements made with third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
