We reply by email or WhatsApp within 1-2 working days. From there we continue the conversation, learn what matters about your trip, and recommend the planning level that fits.
Do you work with travellers outside India?
Yes. Planning fees are shown in INR; worldwide clients are welcome, and we’ll quote payment options that work for you.
Your website currently mentions only a few international destinations. Can Inspigo plan trips to other countries as well?
Absolutely. The destinations featured on our website are just examples - Inspigo can plan personalised trips to any country worldwide.
We tailor each trip around your interests, travel style, pace, preferences and budget.
The only exceptions are destinations where travel may be unsafe or impractical due to war, civil unrest, natural disasters, serious disease outbreaks or other significant travel risks. In such cases, we may recommend an alternative destination or suggest travelling at a later date.
Inspigo plans globally - the destination list on our website is not a limitation.
Can the itinerary be refined?
Ready Itinerary is a self-serve starting point. Bespoke includes 3 early planning calls, one final itinerary discussion, and limited revisions. Planning levels and what each includes are on Planning fees.
What is Ready Itinerary / Guided Plan?
A fixed digital plan for a set destination and dates, with the structure, pace and options already thought through. You choose what suits you and make your own bookings. There are no planning calls and no bookings made on your behalf.
What is Bespoke Plan?
This is planning-only. We have the conversations, research the options, shape the route, make the decisions easier and refine the itinerary with you. Once you’re happy, you book your own hotels, transfers and experiences directly with suppliers. Inspigo does not pay suppliers on your behalf at this level.
What is Premium Bespoke+?
Premium is end-to-end planning and booking help. Conversations, research, route planning and refinement with you - plus Maps, visuals & print-ready itinerary, and mobile itinerary cards. We also help with bookings once you’re happy. Payment and booking details: How fees work →
What if I prefer to book my flights, hotels or activities myself?
That’s absolutely fine. In that case, we’d recommend our Bespoke plan.
Bespoke gives you a fully personalised itinerary designed around your preferences, with all the research, recommendations and trip planning handled by Inspigo - while you retain the flexibility to make your own bookings.
Premium Bespoke+ is designed for travellers who want Inspigo to take care of the planning and booking/coordination, making the experience more hands-off from start to finish.
This also makes the distinction between the two plans very clear:
Bespoke - We design. You book.
Premium Bespoke+ - We design. We coordinate. You enjoy.
Does the planning fee include hotels or flights?
No. The planning fee does not include the actual cost of your trip. Those costs are paid to suppliers and can include Flights, Hotels, Long transfers, Airport pick-up & drop, Experiences, Meals, Tickets, Visas, Internal travel, Attractions, depending on your requirements. Each supplier has its own payment, cancellation and refund terms.
Why do you charge a planning fee?
You’re not paying us to find information. You’re paying us to turn thousands of pieces of information into the right trip for you.
Every trip we plan starts with understanding how you travel, what matters to you, your priorities, your pace and your budget. We then research, filter and connect all the pieces to create a trip that feels considered from start to finish.
This means:
- Thoughtful use of your budget: We research options across the trip to help you spend where it adds the most value.
- A day-by-day plan that makes sense: We consider geography, travel time, opening hours, pace and experiences so your days work together rather than feeling like a list of places to visit.
- The experiences that matter to you: We identify the attractions and experiences that fit your interests and build them into a realistic, well-paced itinerary.
- Beyond the obvious: We research hotels, experiences, restaurants, logistics and practical details that you may not come across through a quick search.
- Personalised recommendations: Every choice is made in the context of your trip.
- Time saved: Instead of spending hours comparing options, reading reviews and trying to make everything fit together, you have someone doing the thinking and filtering for you.
And importantly, Inspigo does not earn a commission from your bookings. Where we receive supplier discounts, those savings are passed on to you.
The value isn’t simply in finding the cheapest option. It’s in creating a well-researched, cohesive trip where your time and budget are used intentionally.
You can absolutely plan a trip yourself. Inspigo is for travellers who want the freedom to enjoy the trip without having to do all the thinking that goes into creating it.
What happens to the planning fee if my trip is postponed?
Once planning has started, the planning fee is not refunded. If your trip is postponed or cancelled before travel, the planning already done can usually be carried forward to your later trip. If travel is delayed indefinitely, some places - hotels, restaurants, experiences - may have closed or changed, so the plan may need refreshing.
On Premium, how are bookings and supplier payments handled?
You pay suppliers directly when they need payment upfront; where a hold is possible, we can hold the booking for you. For more on this, see How fees work →
How does planning work?
For Bespoke and Premium, we start with a conversation to understand what you want from the trip - your preferences, budget, pace and priorities. We then research and shape the journey, share the plan with you, and refine it based on your feedback until it feels right.
The final step is an itinerary discussion and sign-off.

What are mobile itinerary cards?
Mobile friendly day pages for your trip - each day’s plan, stay, contacts, and practical notes - so you have your trip details with you without relying on a printed itinerary.
They’re especially useful on travel days, and when there’s no internet.
Included with Premium Bespoke+, in addition to the printed itinerary.
